thank you all for advices through this forum
i'm planing to submit my application and a couple things is holding me down
1-i'm from TOGO and now in USA, where will i send my application
2-about fbi finger print check, do i need to include it now or do i have to wait for request
3-where could i find the whole list requested
4-like i said i'm togolese and my first language is french , do i necessarily need to take IESLT

any input will be well-appreciated

About IELTS. You should consider taking it though you have skills in French. English is one of the official languages in Canada. If you submit IELTS scores and documentation of your French skills there is good chances of obtaining high points for immigration.

Sometimes, they will ask you to take IELTS if you do not send it with your application. This causes delay in processing your application. My opinion is that you take IELTS and send the score along with your application.
