Security Screening Canadian Citizenship

Hi everyone!

I applied for my mom’s citizenship in July 2023 and I received my AOR in Jan 2024.

Until now, fingerprints and physical presence has been completed. Still waiting for background check, and prohibitions.

I have called multiple times regarding my application and it’s been stated that it is stuck in security screening.

is anyone else waiting for this too? I am so frustrated with this process. I have a straightforward application…
