What happens if i send my application without a security clearance from from one country i lived in 8 years ago for 3.5 years?

they may ask for it if they decides to ask for documents or may reject your application as it is incomplete....................!!!

If you simply don't send it, your application may be considered incomplete.

If you tried to get it and did not succeed, for for some reason it is impossible to get, you can explain it in a letter and attach evidence of your attempt to get it.

If you can not equip the paper to inability to access to it, you can send a request to this effect in the form of a written message and attached with the papers explaining the reasons, they will certainly understand it
