Hi All!

I have visited some countries before but I don't wana tell CHC LONDON about this. If I hide this information will they be able to find out from my name and date of birth. If yes what can happen? Will they refuse me for hiding this information ?

Would anybody be so kind in replying.

Do not hide anything from CIC, especially about security matters. They are quite capable of finding your lies and then they will automatically reject you for material misrepresentation.

A40 makes material misrepresentation a grounds for inadmissibility in its own right and prescribes a two-year ban on those both directly and indirectly involved in such practices.

If you hide (or misrepresent) information from (to) Canadian immigration (not just countries that you have visited, but any information) and then you are found out, guess what - you can be refused visas, permission to work, acceptance of residency or, as an extreme measure you could be banned from visiting Canada.
There are many ways of finding the information, that is what "they" do.


To be honest, I find it hard to have any sympathy with someone who would lie to enter Canada.
All of us that are being honest in our applications suffer because of the dishonesty that you are suggesting.

Tell the truth, deal with it.

My question is are u a maniac. Reading ur post on this subject and abt ur suicide post i feel u need some doctors help. Kindly register ur name in some hospital before it is too late. You need councelling.
