Security check for Spousal Sponsorship?????

Hello Guys,

Any experience with security check in specifically spousal category. I have seen so many people talked about it in skilled class but no one in spousal sponsorship.

I did medicals again as pervious ones were expired and also RCMP fingerprint clearance... Medicals have been received on ECAS.

It means now security started after that. Or it was started after my first medical reached there?

Any info about background/security/criminality check in spousal category specifically please share.

Information about security checks is redacted from GCMS notes. It's rather difficult to know anything about the process.

It's possible it will be based partly on past countries of residence.
