Secrets behind the timing of OOPNP

Hi all.

I have a personal theory on the timing of the OOPNP. Personal views only, comments and thoughts welcome!

After the continuous efforts of CIC in fixing the bugs in the EE system in April and May (bugs meaning lots of double invitations and no-draw for those already qualified), Ontario is recently joining the provinces in having its own new PNP programs. One of the major reasons is that now the EE system is almost fixed and it's the right time to pick out 'ELITE CANDIDATES' for Ontario.

SO for the next step, the EE will work smoothly and go back to 'normality' of having two rounds of draws in the coming months. Maybe in this way we can see gradual decrease in CRS scores.

Please let me know your thoughts guys.

personal opinion: anyone looking for secrets or conspiracies in EE is just being paranoid. EE is brand new. Only a couple provinces joined at the beginning, it was always up to the provinces individually if they wanted to join in or not. Some have, some haven't, some have allocated a certain amount of their PNP places for EE. Its a brand new system, its going to continue to grow and improve. No one was waiting so they could pick "elite" candidates.

Yes I confess this is kind of paranoid. But for a lot of people waiting is becoming increasingly harder. No one really knows the picture.

Some candidates are even planning a parade this summer.

It is very clear CIC is going slowly and they know even people who got fed up will rush back once they know score went down , i would say Express entry isn't transparent , and i think the CRS score system isn't fair , you would be suprised by large difference between your location in the pool based on CRS and FSW point system , all we can do is wait until score comes down or try to enhance our scores .
