WES is currently performing secondary verification on my two degrees. Universities contacted me and asked me to submit WES prescribed verification form. I have submitted WES form with copies of degrees and transcripts. One University gave me a sealed envelope for sending to WES which I sent on 8th Dec to WES. 2ND University will also give me sealed envelope by End December. Both universities told me they neither receive emails nor have any contractual agreement with any foreign organization to do so. My question is, if WES does not have agreement with universities to respond to their emails how are they sending such emails? Secondly Higher Education Commission in Pakistan verify degrees from issuing universities before attesting them. WES is pathetic. Any Pakistani student going through same pain?
