Secondary education documents requirements (Pakistan/Saudi Arabia)

Hi, I was planning on applying for Canada immigration and wanted to do some information gathering regarding the subject.

I did my O/A Levels from Saudi Arabia and then for Bachelors i went to my home country Pakistan. after the degree i came back to saudia for job.

Now for the documents requirements this is the information i get from WES website:

1. Secondary School Certificate of Examination
For example: Intermediate Examination Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any other certificate awarded by the Board

What you need to do:

Ask your State Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education to attest and send your document directly to WES.

Download and complete the top section of the Academic Records Request Form. This form will help you request your documents.

Important Information:

• Documents not attested by a State Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education will not be accepted.

2. Secondary School Mark Sheet/Result Card

What you need to do:

Ask your State Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education to attest and send your document directly to WES.

Download and complete the top section of the Academic Records Request Form. This form will help you request your documents.

Important Information:

• Documents not attested by a State Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education will not be accepted.
• To find contact information for the appropriate Board, please visit www.fbise.edu.pk.

3. Degree Certificate (Final or Provisional)
For example: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Master of Philosophy, Doctoral Degree

What you need to do:

Option 1

For completed study, have a copy of your original Degree Certificate attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Ask the HEC to send the attested document directly to WES.

Option 2

If the HEC gives you the attested document to send to WES, it must be in a Higher Education Commission (HEC). Please ask the HEC to send the attested documents directly to WES.

Option 2

If the HEC gives you the attested document to send to WES, it must be in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official at the HEC. If the envelope is opened or if there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document.

Important Information:

• The HEC must confirm the attestation on their website. If the confirmation is not posted on the HEC website, WES will not accept the documents."

My question is, for my O/A levels, do i need to submit that through contacting British council in Saudi Arabia, or i need to get FBISE equivalence for that and submit that through HEC?

Why dont u contact hec directly and find out.hav soneobe in pakistan call thm and ask thm directly.they r very responsive.
If u dont want to get into the hec hassel send ur bachelor degree to iQAS in a sealed envelope directly from university.
Unlike WES, IQAS doesnt require docs from HEC.
However u hav to first call ur univversity to fibd out if they send docs directly to any department abroad and 8f tgey do,then what are their requirements
