Secondary education assessed

Hi all,

I have registered with WES to have my education assessed. After choosing the country (Russia) it said that it is advisable that I have my secondary education assessed along with my bachelors. The CIC page says that I may want to have my secondary school education assessed.

Is it really necessary? I mean, if I entered the University, it is quite natural that I have my secondary education completed. Or there are different rules for some countries and I will need to provide the assessment when I apply?

The education assessment requirements differ for each country. So if it is recommended, then you might want to get it done.
