Thank you for responding.

I am just gonna make my express profile after getting approval from WES but I was wondering, would this render my successful? I was thinking may be someone who is in a situation like mine could guide me better.

Well I'm not going for express entry so I don't need IELTS, so I am not really in that situation. Express entry is points based I think how many points do you have?

Its 472. Is it bad? Just calculated it right now.
472 is more than enough to get an ITA. You don't need to retake the test.

You're sure you're getting 472, right? That seems high for your profile. I checked with your profile and I got 408 points. Where are you getting the extra points from? Do you have Canadian work experience/education?

Oh God, I was wrong. You are right. It comes out be 408. I was adding 3 years of Canadian experience which is actually my foreign experience.

Yes, its 408. I just checked it.

Used this tool, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

So,

Sir, where to move from here, what should be my minimum socre?
You need to max out your IELTS. If you do that, you will get 481 points and that's more than enough. Minimum score should be at least 450 to stand a good chance given current trends.

I think you need to get over 440 (may be wong as it changes every time). Why not try a provincial nomination scheme? Depends what province you want to go to.

You're young with no danger of losing points due to age, so I would recommend studying hard for the IELTS for six months or so, and then taking it again. If you get CLB 10 on your IELTS, you will easily get an ITA.
