Does anyone know how to tell if you're second review without ordering GCMS notes? Not sure if ordering them and waiting 30 days for them is worth it for a June 2014 applicant who's already paid RPRF on November 11, 2015, re-sent Schedule A and PCC at the end of November 2015 and is from a visa exempt country so is only waiting for ready for visa e-mail/COPR.

I'm assuming the call center would would have access to that information.

I would think so too, but I am wondering if you have to ask for it or if they would tell you when you ask about your application progress...Just called a few days ago and they said they don't need anything from him at the time and to just keep waiting. Never said anything about second review. If it weren't for this thread, I wouldn't even know second review was a thing.

you should ask specifically, maybe its's a policy not volunteer information.

Hi guys, how do I know if I am in the second review? My recent GCMS notes show analysis from VO, and the conclusion is "Recommendation: appears to meet requirements". Under Assessments section, the Eligibility is "In Progress". However, under the Eligibility section, the status of "Eligibility Assessment" is "Recommend Passed". Does that mean someone else need to review so my file is under second review? thanks.
