SECOND REFUSAL FROM CANADA

Hiiii friends please help me out .My visa is again refused for the second time .I dont know what to do now ?Please guide me friends .My first attempt was for Jan 2014 intake in spp and I applied in fanshawe college course Hospitality managment _Hotel management and my visa was refused saying that course not relevant to previous studies .My second attempt was for Sept 2014 intake and this time i applied in centennial college for hotel and resort managment course under general category and my visa is again refused wid same reason course not relevant .I prepared a strong sop mentioning all possible things . .I opted for same course bcos my agent from Edwise international New delhi told me that u should nt chng ur course as it creates negative impact on visa officer .Please experts in this forum tell me what to do now should I appply foir third time and if yes what are my chances?My profile

why are you applying for the same course if you already have refusal? your agent is crazy.

you're from commerce stream? and you're opting hospitality management, resort management? You know what this shows? this shows you're going to Canada not for studying but other reasons.

The first rule to apply for visa is never show your true intention, always show you're going for studies and that's it. In Canada, you can show you changed your mind and now you want to settle. Be genuine man. Apply for PR if you want to.

So, Choose the course related to your stream.

Brother hows this course in GBC Business administration-International business 3 yrs programme.I think this course will be relevant.

the best way to choose the course is match the subjects you studied in your previous studies to the course you're going to do.

If they match then you're good to go

Research the courses on your own , match the subjects , post it on the forum and ask help from other senior members too.

@ankur Yes you should NOT change the courses. If you applied for Hospitality course and mentioned how much you love this course; how this will be beneficial to you etc but got refusal and now you're changing your course. It leaves a bad impression on the VO. He'll think you just want to be in Canada and are using this student route for other reasons.
The Business Administration course you mentioned matches perfectly with the commerce stream. Basically you need to have 3 core subjects:
Accountancy, Economics and Entrepreneurship/ Business Studies.
I'd say get CAIPS notes and know the exact reason for refusal. Overcome that reason and you may get visa.

Accountancy, Economics and Entrepreneurship/ Business Studies.

What I'm trying to say is don't change your course. Get CAIPS notes and apply again after knowing the 'exact' reason for refusal.

I can understand ur situation becoz I suffered from this... I got two tym refusal becoz of same course.... nd now I applied for different course nd different clg .... don't worry its hard tym for u... never give up
