Second OIPN Notification of Interest?

Hi all

Has anyone ever not accepted a OIPN Notification of Interest and then received another at a future date?

Just missed out on the last draw with 457, which is likely to move to 463 after a spousal ECA update in the new year. The 45 days to apply are up in mid Jan so likely to have only one more draw before then and could do without paying the $1500 fee!

463 is a good score. Above the cut off in the last 2 draws. You should most likely get ITA by Jan/Feb bar any surprises from CIC.
Besides OINP currently doesn't nominate in less than 2-4 months, so you should definitely get ITA before OINP nominates you.
I say keep your $1500
