Second masters in Canada after first masters in UK, Chances of visa?

Hello,

I have done Bachelor of Electronics engineering in India. Than, I studied Masters in UK.
My major for Masters was 'Digital design' (Masters of Arts) which is different field than my Undergrad. I really enjoyed the course and I passed with Merit (64%). I would like to make my carrier in Design field but before that I am interested to study specialization in a specific field of design.
Because in UK, it was just one year of masters and I could not learn enough in this short time period as 'digital design field' was new for me. I am interested to study in Canada for my second masters related to Web design, UX/UI Design or 3D animation.

May I know what are the chances of visa approval for second masters degree when I already have one masters in foreign education?
I had number of backlogs in my undergrad of engineering, but not any backlogs in masters of design as I passed with Merit. Will my engineering backlogs affect my visa file?
Admission in university or college does matter for visa file or not? as I could not find more program choices in universities.

Please help me regarding my doubt, as my carrier depends on this.

First, doing a second masters doesn't get your study permit rejected, only if you can write a good SOP to explain your reasons and why its so important you want to do it

Secondly, Backlogs doesn't also get your study permit refused if only you give good and appropriate reasons for those backlogs(how many backlogs do you have??)

Thirdly, you have to secure an admission into the Uni or Clg to be able to get a Visa file or apply for a study permit

In all, your case rest on a good and strong written SOP to convince the VO.. you have a clear Visa chance if you put up a good SOP and other relevant documents
