I would expect no information, and then somewhere near Feb 28th 11pm.

No update yet but most people are speculating the draw is going to be done twice this month... In other words, Feb 14 & 28.

CIC mentioned there will be 15-25 draws per year. So (at most) roughly once every 2 weeks.

However, from the ITA announcement page of CIC, I'm guessing it might do general draws every month, and some program-specific draws in between.

I asked them in Twitter and they said: "The next round of invitations is being planned for the coming weeks." and "Instructions for each round will be published here: same CIC link with 1st draw instructions. generic answers that they are giving to everyone who asks.
