second class standing (B) equals to what percent?

I wonder around finding universities and every university in Canada is asking for at least second class standing (B) based on their last 20 half courses or equivalent.
my question is how much is B grade in percentage and in terms of CGPA.

i got 2.94/4.00 CGPA how much is my Canadian equivalent.
