I am a US citizen looking to immigrate to Canada via the Canadian Experience Class.
I will have completed a Bachelor's Degree from a US university in a few months, but I would like to study in Canada as well.
So, I was wondering if completing a second Bachelor's Degree, this time from a Canadian University, works for completing the education requirements, as long as I draw it out into at least two years of education in Canada?
The reason I wonder is, the program that I would like to complete is a teaching degree, Bachelor's of Education, that is normally earned within one extended academic year after obtaining a first degree.
Could I simply take more classes than are necessary, enough to stay full-time at the university for two years, complete the degree after those two years instead of just 15 months or so, and use that as the education requirement?
