Second attempt

Hi
I applied once and got refused upon financial and purpose of visit. I've applied the second time with a stronger SOP and a much better financial condition.
It's been 21 days since I submitted my second profile but haven't received any updates yet.
what are my chances of getting approved? first time I got rejected within a week.
