Hi all, I am currently on a Post graduate work permit and I am already thinking about applying for PR through express entry. My girlfriend is a refugee applicant and she already had the first hearing and her request was denied on first instance, she is currently going through the appealing process, so my question is, would I be able to include her as a second applicant on my express entry?
