Searching for a job to boost my CRS...please help

Please can anyone give me pointers on how to go about looking for a job under noc 6314(supervisor customer services) so I can boost my CRS.
I have not submitted my EE profile yet so can't register with job bank.
I have 8 years of experience with a commercial bank.
I will appreciate any leads or pointers

Personal view but from outside Canada very unlikely to get a job offer for this skill as you would need to be in Canada and available. Thats just the reality unfortunately
