Hi,

Do I need to fill separate visa aaplication form on cic.gc.ca for principal aaplicant, spouse and kid? Or only one application for PA?

After I started aaplication for PA, I got to know that there is a personal reference code which getams generated after points calculation. What is the use of it? I missed noting it down. So how can I find that in my application form online?

I am doing whole process by myself without any representative/consultant. So I am putting No under this section. Please confirm if this is correct.

Yes, it's one Express Entry profile per principal applicant, with your spouse and child as dependents.
(Conversely, if your wife has good English and work experience, she can also lodge her own EE profile as PA with you and your child as dependents...then it's whoever gets an ITA or PNP first.)

You can just make a new application if you missed the code. No big deal.

If you're doing it on your own, then it's "No".
