Hi Freinds-

Quick question...I must submit sealed documents such as college transcrpts to the CIO when I apply as a Federal Skilled Worker. If the CIO approves my application for further processing will I have to re submit the documents to the Buffalo Visa Office?

The Buffalo Visa office website states that I will be required to submit a "full" application to Buffalo once CIO approves me for further processing. The Canadian website states that the CIO will submit the apllication to the VIsa office. Which one is correct? What is a full application?

Thanks for the help.

Hi! Instructions from the Buffalo office sound as if they are geared toward applicants in the PRE 26 JUNE 2010 categories.
If you are putting in your inital application (ie you are a post 26 June 2010 applicant) your FULL, COMPLETE, ONLY APPLICATION is sent to CIO, Nova Scotia and THEY will forward the whole package to your VISA OFFICE specified in your forms if you qualify. It is a one shot deal now. Having said this, you have the option of not including PCC, but it is suggested if you are able to get it without delaying your application to the point where you may miss out, or supplying PCC when requested by VO. The PCC must be dated less than 3 months from the date you send your application to CIO and is valid for 1 year. Good Luck!
