Sds is launched as per cic..6 each ielts..but college gave us admission on 6 and 5.5 in one..we paid fee..and gic too..just gonna apply for visa next week..so either college will accept us or not ?

Under new rules , you will not get visa with 5.5 and one semester fee . College acceptance has nothing to do with it . Either you need to give IELTS again and get 6 bands in each or apply under general category but chances of visa are extremely low with 5.5 .

Applicants who have already applied will not be affected.
But going by the rejections on 7/8th May updates, it does not seem so.

1. Copy of your acceptance letter from a designated learning institution
2. Copy of your upfront medical exam confirmation document
3. Proof that you have a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of $10,000
4. Proof that you’ve paid the tuition fees for your first year of study
5. Proof that you graduated from a Canadian curriculum high school or a language test form showing a score of at least 6 for English (IELTS).
