SDS Visa - Dual Intent

Hi everyone,

I'm about to pay my tuition and GIC fee this week. I recently got to know about dual intent issue but as far as I have read, it is allowed to have dual intent. As I have an active EE profile and now applying for study permit, will this create an issue / hurdle in my application for study permit?

Secondly, experience people are requested to please review my profile and guide about my chances for SDS stream approval (Pakistan).

Age: 30
Qualification: ACCA Member
Experience: 9 Years
Course Applied: Financial Planning and Services (1 Year Program)
Medical: Will get upfront medical done next week
Police Certificate: Will get the certificate next week
Tuition & GIC Fee: To be paid this week.
Country: Pakistan

Please also guide on SOP, which I need to write for my application. Do I need to mention anything about this qualification will help me boost my CRS score along with my skill set and future job opportunities in my country. And what else to cater in SOP so that my ties with home country are shown good enough for VO evaluation.

Further, please share timelines for SDS stream, if anyone from Pakistan.
