SDS Eligibility - Student in Pakistan & Dependent in UAE

Hi Seniors, I have a question regarding the eligibility of SDS study permit.
My wife has secured an admission in loyalist college for 2 years program and have received the LOA. Now we want to apply for study permit under SDS and I am will be applying for dependent visa/open work permit along.

My wife resides in Pakistan and does not have UAE residency and I live in UAE (due to job). I understand to apply under SDS one must be in Pakistan.

In our case, are we eligible to apply under SDS where student is in Pakistan and dependent is in UAE (non SDS country).

I think I replied you somewhere else. Bro, she might not get approved for visa based on Loyalist college. Try to get admission in a reputable college or university before going down this path.
