SCQ, place of residence of spouses

Hello,
I submitted the online application for me and my wife (she is accompanying me) to MonProjet in August, 2016, got the list of documents to be posted in January, 2017 and posted the documents in April, 2017. In August, 2016, my wife was in Quebec, but when I posted the documents in April, 2017 from inside Quebec, she was abroad in her country and signed the forms there and noted the place (her visitor record and visa was valid until June, 2017). Do you think we would receive the CSQ at the same time or she will receive it later because of place of residence?

At same time. All the CSQs will be sent in a single envelope to address mentioned in the application.

Thanks. In that case, because of difference in place of residence can the process be delayed? Do they take into account the place when online application was done or time when documents posted?

It should not. Honestly I do not expect a Quebec Govt. officer to scrutinize an application at such an extent. Most probably all they would care about is if some text resembling a signature is at the end of the form or not
