I had BPI wire money to my Scotiabank account number last 23 Aug.I called Scotiabank yesterday and was advised that the wire transfer has been rejected. Till now I didnt get any official email about the wire transfer rejection.
Will Scotiabank send a formal email about the rejection?
Will they send an email to my bank? Coz my bank is saying that the transfer status is complete from their end.
According to the call center agent - rejection reason is Name mismatch - middle initial.
Scotiabank has not contacted my bank at all.
Very disturbed as I worked hard for the money.
How long is the refund? Also will Scotiabank send anything via email about the refund.
