Hi guys.. I have secured admissions in george brown college and paid the fees. I wasn't able to open an account in scotia bank since they've stopped taking new applications after 16 th nov. My counsellor told me the only other option is to take a bank loan. Will this affect my chances of getting a visa? Please help!

that's right. you have only one option - take the loan !
or you'd have to wait until next intake !
Date is closed for GIC

B.com 58%
( Average of 3 years)
Ielts score 8 band overall
Paid the fee with own funds.

as far as finance is concerned - You have no other option for getting visa other than GIC or Loan. So now you have to go with Loan.
your profile looks good. But depends on visa officer. Go ahead and apply
