If you guys want to wait for just one more working day( if it has been confirmed by scotiabank that your funds have been received), what I suggest is this:
Whenever I called the presidents office(I called three times in total), after initial response, my call was transferred to someone called "Marco". I had no idea who he was and I was asked everytime to drop a message as he was not there and he would contact me asap. So on 28th, O was told my grievances is handled by Marco because he first answered my call and any further query from me would be entertaimed only by him. So on 28 night, I called but some other person on the phone told me he was busy with another call and asked me to call again in five minutes and ask for Marco. I called again after five minutes and he(Marco) responded and said he will make an immediate urgent request to Gic department and issue Gic to me. I wasnt having any eexpectation of receiving gic as I was waiting since 21st. But I got gic after just 1.5 hours of calling.
So what I'm trying to say is call president office and ask who did I talk to first or who is handling my greivance?? Know the name of that person and ask to talk to him/her. If he is not available at the moment, call again 5-10 minutes and ask for him again. He/she may this time answer the call. But keep trying the number and keep asking for that person. When he/ she answers, I'm sure you will get the same response as myself and you will get gic the same day most probably.
