I have an express entry score of 408. What do you think my chances are of getting an ITA this year? Anyone able to shed light?

I am also at 408 with spouse ECA and I think no one can shed a light looking at the way last two draws happened. Its appearing that CRS cutoff score would stick around to 450+ for sometime if not all. Try to increase your score wherever possible and wait for updates; that's the best can be done at this point.
