i am a physician and i am scoring 66 points in Saskatchewan (SINP) after i calculated my points , do i need to make a profile both in express entry and SINP separately?

i have looked at recent draws and there are no occupation in demand for physicians? any suggestions?

What ECA evaluated your education? What is your NOC? If a physician, this NOC is ineligible for SINP because you need to be licensed to practice in Canada and Saskatchewan. 66 is also a low score right now.

As a physician you need a work permit and be working in the province to be eligible for SINP.

Thank you very much for your answer. MCC (Medical council of Canada) has evaluated my degree.my NOC is 3112 (general practitioners and family physicians). i have got a license from my country, my question is do i need Canadian license before applying to SINP ?
as a physician ,what path should i follow to apply in any Canadian PNP or immigration?

Did you read the SINP guidelines for physicians? You will not be eligible for PNP programs without a license. Your best path is Express Entry and then move to Canada. Many IMGs never practice in Canada.

Thank you for your reply.no i haven't read the SINP guidelines for physicians yet. your answer means that i should create express entry profile first?
new found land and Labrador opened PNP in january,2021 and they needed physicians, which was mentioned in their occupation in demand, but they needed only 250, i could not be able to apply for EOI, now EOI is closed for that province, I don't know when they will open the applications next time, no job offer required as well for this PNP,

But for all PNP programs you will need a license to practice. It is on the NFLD website. And the 250 was for all in-demand occupations and without a license, you would not get an invitation. GO through Express Entry and be nominated. What is your CRS score. Again most IMGs never practice again if they immigrate to Canada.

Thank you very much for your response.my IELTS result is 9,9,7.5,6.5 LRSW, should i go for recheck in writing? or i create the EE profile immediately and tell my spouse to give IELTS and get CLB 9? what is your suggestion?
CRS points via CRS Tool
Current points without my spouse IELTS
346
If my spouse Attempt IELTS and get CLB 9
366
if i gets additional 0.5 in writing after recheck and my spouse also get CLB 9
423

Does your spouse have ECA too? You can create a profile. You need over 400. FSW draws have been 468+.

yes ECA of my spouse has completed, equivalent to bachelors, my current score of 366 includes my spouse ECA.

please suggest should i request to British council to recheck my writing test as 0.5 increase in writing will boost my score to 423 (provided my spouse also take CLB 9)?
