Hi!
I'm an indian graduated dentist with 7 years experience and my husband is a general physician. We both planning to relocate to Canada, so I just want to know each and every possibilities. Though getting dental license in Canada is a huge process and it takes time to clear the exams I just wanna know about other possibilities. For example, few of my college juniors done masters in healthcare administration courses, dental assistant courses. What will be the expected income of these courses

Getting relicensed as a physician is extremely difficult to do in Canada. It is less difficult as a dentist but Canada has a surplus of dentists. Healthcare administration jobs are often given to practitioners who have worked in Canada and moved up to admin and management roles. Health administration courses and jobs tend to be colleges courses that teach people how to work in a doctors office. Is there a reason you want to immigrate. Canada doesn't really make sense given your professions.

Thank you for your reply. We would like to immigrate because of the country's quality of life and financial empowerment. Personally I feel dentistry is well appreciated there. Is there a chance for my husband to pursue any other courses there

Would make much more sense to move to a country where both you and your spouse can both practice your professions. In terms of dentistry jobs the demand is in smaller more remote communities but jobs that your spouse may be interested as an ex-physician are more likely to be in the large communities unless becoming something like a nurse practionner or physician assistant.

Would encourage you to do more research about the quality of life and financial empowerment in Canada. I've seen many posters said their quality of life was not better than they were in their home country.

Speaking to a few dentists in the area you would like to resettle would also be a very good idea. Ask for honest advice dince unfortunately many immigrants are not always open about their struggles. Canadians who have lived here all our lives would find stuff to criticize.
