I have a bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in job code 2141 along with CLB 8. I am planning to migrate with my spouse having Similar educational background and CLB 6. My CRS score in total is 358 should I proceed for EE process or there is No scope? FYI for PNP I am interested only in Ontario or BC.

work one more year and try to get CLB 9, then you will get in.

Work to improve IELTS score ... why only those two ? you can plan for other PNP as well and later you can move to ur preferred location.

No Scope with Direct ITA.
Even for Manitoba PNP, you should have a relative living in Manitoba as PR or Citizen.
