School Report Cards for JKG: Peel District Schools

Hi,
I have all school report cards for my kids except Year 1 term 1 for my daughter in JKG. It is written on the other KG report cards that there is no report for Term1. Just want to confirm with others who applied that this is the case. If it is true, how to confirm the attendance for term 1/year 1 for the student? Do i need to add additional proof OR is it ok?

Hi skhan123,

We asked the KG teacher and she gave us a generic letter confirming that our son attended the 2 years of KG and that my wife always brought him and picked him up from school. We asked for a more "official" one and she gave us the same letter with the official school header. We got a similar one from the coordinator of the Readiness program at the school which he went to regularly prior to the KG. I've sent all of these docs with my application.

I'll check when I am at home if my wife got more docs when we prepared for the test.

You need to get a copy of the official school records. The school office should be able to print this out for you.

I already have the official copy of the school records, but for JKG term 1, there isn't any. It says on the term report card that due to the nature of the study for term1 there is no report card issued. I wanted to confirm that others have the same experience.

I also got a letter from school describing the attendance period with principal signature. So you also provided the same for the term1 missing report card for JKG?
