I have my child's Kindergarten Progress report which has the signature of Principal and Teacher on page 1 and at the end of the page it says page 1 of 2 but we never received the second page.Is that sufficient proof for the citizenship application as far as school record is concerned.

Will appreciate if any feedback can be received.

I have the same question. CIC send my application back. I attached few report cards of my children as it required 3 years with my application.
Do i have to attached all report cards or they need something else.

Did they mention anything in the reason as to why they returned the application?
