School Fess for foreign worker's Children

Hi All,

i am in the process to issue my Work Permit for NOC 0111 now from Egypt. i heard some guys in the embassy saying that foreigner worker under work permit have to pay the school fees for their Children and also Issue Study Permit for the kids ! is that right ?
If yes, How much will it cost for Two Kids in the primary school for full academic year in Ontario.

1. Assuming that the work permit is valid for at least year, and the children are in elementary or secondary schools, then international fees are waived.
2. They need study permits.
