School fees/Study visa

I have secured the admission in the Canadian university for masters. I am suppose to pay the fees in 3 installments, with first fees due in Sept 2020, However as per the requirement of study visa I must show the receipt of fees paid. I am confused? please help. Also I have got a scholorship which will be adjusted in my last installment of fees.

If you are applying under 'Student Direct Stream', yes you are required to pay your first year of tuition fees upfront, along with other requirements. But if you are applying under the regular stream, then no such requirement exists.
