does getting scholarship increases your chances of visa? I got two scholarships of 1000 and 500 per semester for 4 years. so does that increase my chances of getting the visa?

Of course.

You need one official letter from your school stating the amount of scholarship and/or and conditions attached.

Officially I dont think so, however getting those scholarships will give your reviewer a better impression of you, so Id say MAYBE.
May I ask how did you got those?

i think dat visa chances get increased bcause visa officers consider you as genuine student ,...bcause you already get hand picked by college ...

I am looking for some myself

actually i have already done one year in college so i was an international student with transfer credits, I am an average studen like my gpa was 2.6 and my A levels was average C and my o levels were an average B. SO i got the entrance scholarship at university of windsor of $ 1000 per semester for 8 semesters and $500 for renewable scholarship i don't even know what that means :S anyways i just hope that I get the visa so i can avail these opportunities and be a better student

right but entrance scholarship you don't have to do anything you are automatically selected on the basis of your academics. other scholarships you have to apply seperately.

Dont worry! there are so many different types of Scholarships and Awards you can apply for once you reach there.
