Schedule A

I have included my Schedule Form A, For Q-6, where I wrongly ticked “Yes” on Option “e” instead I should have Ticked “Yes” on Option “d”. It was an honest mistake as I misunderstood the wording.
I was refused visitor B1 visa. I was never refused admission or ordered to leave any country whatsoever.
Everything on my application stays same as I already told about my B1 refusal in LoE, howeve, ticked Yes to 6e when I should have Ticked Yes to 6d.

Shall I raise CSE? My application is at NDVO and been 3.5 months

I am really anxious now!

Thanks Kryton! Will do by tomorrow to NDVO may this was one of the reasons why they are taking long to process my application. I already have L1 Visa so they will understand this is just a mistake!
