Schedule A requirement

I have seen some seniors have suggested to upload upfront schedule A with LOE if we answer yes to any statutory question.

But if I answer yes system gives me space to write the detail. So what should I do. Fill in that space and include schedule a as well or just fill in that space or just leave it empty and provide schedule a form with loe?
