Schedule A - Instruction

Hi Seniors,

I have to fill schedule A form and need guidance for same.

1. Can we not put any address in addreress section (due to space constraint) and put all the addresses in separate sheet of paper ?
2. "Full Name in native language" : is this optional for me as my native langauge is Hindi ?
3. My Visa (PA) rejected in past so I am supposed to fill it, does my spouse also need to fill it? (No visa rejection for her)

I did both. Filled as many as possible in the table and created complete tables on additional sheet. Same for personal history. Follow the instructions ie write the question number and questions on the sheet

2. "Full Name in native language" : is this optional for me as my native langauge is Hindi ?

Mine was Urdu. When u print schedule A to sign it, also write your name and scan it afterwards.

3. My Visa (PA) rejected in past so I am supposed to fill it, does my spouse also need to fill it? (No visa rejection for her)

She can write No in that section only if her visa was never refused for ANY country otherwise risk of misrepresentation. If CIC asks for both, fill it for both to save time and re-request of the same document.

Also add LOE....I did that.
