schedule A - include travel history?

Should I include my travels in the schedule A as well? Or just skip it there and include it in my travel history form?

I'm thinking I'll include all the travels in the travel history form, but skip short travels (i.e. 1 week conferences) and include long travels (more than one month) in the schedule A.

Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

How I'm going about this is that since Canada is my country of temporary residence, I am not including Canada travels in the travel history form. But, should I include travels within canada in the personal history?

For example, when I was an undergraduate in Montreal, I visited some friends in Vancouver, for a few weeks over the winter holiday. Should I include that too in the form since I changed cities? Since it is used for background checks it could be important... However, I also visit my inlaws in quebec city quite often though by car and have absolutely no idea when I was there. Sometimes it's for a day and sometimes it's for a week in the holidays.

Should I leave it as:

2007-08 -2011-04: undergraduate student, Montreal

OR something like:

2007-08 - 2008-12: undergradute student, Montreal
2008-12 - 2009-01: visiting some friends over the holiday, vancouver
2009-01 - 2009-06: undergraduate student, Montreal
2009-06 - 2009-06: visited parents in law - quebec city (I do this often and I think it would be impossible to remember all the times I went)
2009-06 - 2011- undergraduate student, montreal
...

Thanks!
