Schedule A IMM 5669

Hi all,
I got a new ADR for Schedual A. I created two additional Appendices to cover my history. However, I'm not able to combine these extra sheets with the IMM5669 form since it has a security password on it.
Anyone that could help would greatly appreciate it

Hi ..i had received a imm 5669 request ysty. I used the electronic form where you can validate the documents in the pdf itself and upload it electronically without signing it .i believe that is really convenient and can add extra rows where applicable to include more details.
you can use this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5525-basic-guide-sponsor-your-spouse-partner-child.html#imm5669 . after that right click on Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 434.14KB),
and select 'save link as '.so u will get an option to save 'eimm5669' . this document has to be filled up ,verified and saved. after saving it you can upload in CIC account where there is an upload tab asking for schedule A document. hopefully this helps

i am june 19 aor ,ip2 from dec 19 at London VO .received the imm5669 request ysty .what do u feel about this document request ? is it a positive movement or something that may delay further ?

Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback. I was confused because I understood the electronic version which has a validation option EIMM5669 is to be used only by family sponsorships category and the old version by single applicants. Anyway I managed to submit yesterday. Hopefully they accept it as it it..

No idea to be honest. It seems they are doing the criminality/ security check so I doubt it will be done in less than 3 to 4 weeks if not more

I filled the electronic one 2012 version (IMM 5669E) which does not have a validation option and added seperate sheets for personal history and upload it through my cic...it was more painfull to fill than the original application

It's still shows We need more documents to process your application. I guess it will take a couple of days to update

Did you include updated PCC with Schedual A? ... I read a lot of people do

no...maybe they have requested for it in their letter .in mine nothing was mentioned

who is your visa officer ?the person who gives reply to ur mails n cse ..for me it is DRD
