Schedule A- Do I mention holidays?

Hi everyone,

We are filling in the new Schedule A form and we are doubting on question 6.
The applicant (my common-law partner) has worked for the same company for 18 years. Every year, he goes on holidays, and has travelled abroad a few times.
Does he need to mention these "breaks" in his work history?
