Schedule A--Background declaration

I couldn't remember if I 'd included schedule A when I submitted my application in 2015, and CIC never request it. Should I submit it via IRCC web form?

Yes that's what my sister did. She applied for her husband in February 2017 and they requested it.

My issue is that if I fill out a new schedule I don't them to compare it with the old one and found something different (It's not like I'm faking things up but I couldn't remember exactly the info I put) and they accuse me of misinterpretation.

In my case, i had submitted it but my dates were missing for some of the study and work
So they requested it again with a clarification of the dates.

I think people do send it, they just ask for it again if there are gaps in years for work etc
Mine was the old forms though, i see that the new one is not sent upfront
