@mr.preetsingh
My wife is the principal applicant and at the time of filling the additional details post receipt of ITA, my wife’s address was inserted as “B/201, Anand Nagar …”. Response to the follow-on questions is mentioned below:
· Is this your current address – we replied “Yes”
· Since what year - we put the date as per the possession date of the new apartment held by her family i.e. 28 April 1999 (no proof of this possession date was submitted at the time of submitting the documents to the ITA)
However, we had submitted all passports held by my wife, details of which are summarized as below:
1st passport - from 6 September 1998 to 9 August 2008 – mentioned the old address “D/201, Anand Nagar …” (which was not changed in the passport subsequent to moving into the new apartment in the same society)
Subsequent passport since April 2009 had the new address i.e. “B/201, Anand Nagar …”
After submitting the ITA, we received a request to submit Schedule A - Background / Declaration (IMM 5669). In this form, we mentioned details of all addresses in past 10 years from August 2008 till present residing at B/201 (i.e. new address). Today, again after a month, we have received the same request to submit a fresh Schedule A form for my wife wherein the IRCC has asked to not leave any gaps in time for the question pertaining to last 10 years addresses
Request you to let us know the following:
1) Should we mention the details in last 10 years as residing at “B/201, Anand Nagar…” from September 2008 till October 2018 and submit extracts of apartment possession documents along with this Schedule A form (since the second passport is from April 2009 & there is no other document submitted in the ITA, to prove that she was residing at B/201, Anand Nagar for the period September 2008 to April 2009)
2) Will the date since when my wife is residing at B/201, Anand Nagar i.e. 28 April 1999, create a conflict with the 1st passport as the period is overlapping
Your kind aupport in the above query would be highly appreciated. Also, do let us know in case we can approach / talk to someone who can help us resolve this doubt.
