SCHEDULE 3 YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE SECTION - CHECKBOX IS MISLEAD, ANYONE NOTICE?

Hi All,

Anyone notice that in Schedule 3 in Work Experience section, when you roll over the mouse pointer to checkbox field, it says hints which i think misleading.
For example: in 2-3 years experience, the checkbox field says 1 year but less than 2
in 4-5 years experience, the checkbox field says 2 years but less than 3
in 6 years experience or more, the checkbox field says 3 years but less than 4
Is this some kind of error? Whats wrong with gap?

Yes, this happened with the updated form and is clearly a mistake in CIC's part. My suggestion is to use logic instead of the hints and explain it in a cover letter to CIC.
