Hi,
Currently i am in Canada & i am filling TRV application.
I see there is one form (Schedule 1 – Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM5257)) which needs to fill if required. I dont know whether i need to fill this or not? Can someone help me to determine in which case this needs to fill?

If you're applying online, your checklist will tell you if you need to fill it out. It doesn't hurt to fill it out anyway, just in case.

this form needs to fill ONLY If you answered 'Yes' to any of the question from 3 to 6 in background section of IMM5257 form
