Dear All,

I would like to propose the following scenario:

Since I would not be able to collect all funds for my ITA for express entry for a single person, would it be possible to have a family member to take a loan on my behalf? Would this create an issue with CIC upon investigation or will I be further asked questions regarding the origins about these funds beyond “given by a family member”?

If i remember correctly, anyone can transfer money to your account for which you will need to show statement. However, if there is about $13k transferred into your account recently you will need to show a proof of gift deed.

Please someone confirm or advise better...

Okay, so how do I show that to CIC? Can’t I just say that I was given the money from my siblings to support me in this?
