Scans of documents uploaded should be in color or black and white?

Does it matter if some of my documents were scanned in color while others in black and white?

Color copies of original. Although i have seen members reporting B&W being accepted.

File size limit is 4mb.

You can do compressed scan even in color, it would be less than one MB. I took scan of my passports with so many pages in color and it was only 2.7 MB.

It depends on what type of document that you are scanning..

not all pages. bio data page and every page that are stamped or markings..
